高效液相色谱法测定水果及蔬菜中赤霉素残留

         

摘要

The gibberellin in fruits and vegetrables were determined by HPLC with methanol and water (1% glacial acetic acid) as mobile phase.The sample was extracted with 80% methanol,using C 18 stainless steel column in 254nm wavelength.The method showed good linear in the concentration of 7.7~38.6μg· mL-1.The limit is 0.5mg·kg-1,the recovery is 99.63%,the precision is 0.60%.The method is simple,rapid,high efficiency and yield,which is suitable for determination of gibberellin in fruits and vegetables.%采用高效液相色谱方法,以甲醇-水(1%冰乙酸)为流动相,使用C18不锈钢柱,在254nm波长下,样品用80%甲醇进行提取,对赤霉素标样及果蔬中赤霉素含量分析测定.该分析方法的标准溶液在浓度为7.7~38.6μg·mL-1范围内呈良好线性,r值达到0.9997,检出限为0.5mg· kg-1,加标回收率为99.63%,精密度0.60%,该操作方法简单、快捷、精密度好、回收率高,适用于果蔬中赤霉素的残留分析.
