气相色谱-质谱法快速测定蔬菜中甲拌磷残留量

     

摘要

建立了采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术快速、准确测定蔬菜中甲拌磷残留量的方法,通过液-液提取的方式对蔬菜样品进行前处理,提取后使用气质联用仪进行分析.该方法选择性好,灵敏度高,甲拌磷检测线性范围为0.01 ~ 0.2mg· L-1,检出限为0.005mg· kg-1,加标回收率在83.5%~91.3%之间,可以作为蔬菜中甲拌磷残留量的检测和确证方法.%A rapid and accurate method for determination of phorate residue in vegetables was established by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The vegetable samples were determined by GC-MS after liquid-liquid extraction.The linear range of the method was 0.01~0.2mg·L-1,the determination limit was 0.005mg·kg-1,and the recoveries were 83.5%~91.3%.The proposed method has good selectivity and high sensitivity,and was suitable for analysis of phorate residue in vegetables.
