气相色谱法快速测定蔬菜水果中甲拌磷、甲基对硫磷残留量

     

摘要

By NPD, capillary gas chromatography of organophosphorus pesticides in vegetables and fruits is used to rapid detection of residues. Samples phorate, methyl parathion pesticide using acetonitrile as solvent, salting by sodium chloride extraction, OV-l01 capillary column and NPD detector separation verified enter the external standard method. In the range of 0.01 ~ 1.0 μg/mL concentration, peak area have a good linear relationship,correlation coefficient greater than 0. 999, the detection limit of phorate 0.01 mg/kg, methyl parathion detection limit of 0.06 mg/ kg. Vegetables and fruits were added 0.05,0.1,1.0 mg/ kg concentration level, the average recovery 82.4% ~ 92.0% relative standard deviation of less than 6.1%. This method has low detect on limits,short detect on time ( from the Sample pretreat ment to getting the result from the machine only about 1 h), quantitative accuracy,low cost of detecti on, which could be used in general detection.%采用氮磷检测器,毛细管气相色谱法测定蔬菜水果中有机磷农药残留的快速检测方法.样品中的甲拌磷、甲基对硫磷农药用乙腈为提取溶剂,经氯化钠盐析提取,OV-101石英毛细管柱进行分离后进入NPD检测器进行验证,外标法定量.在0.01~1.Oμg/mL范围内质量浓度与峰面积有良好的线性关系,相关系数均大干0.999,甲拌磷的检测限为0.01mg/kg,甲基对硫磷的检测限为0.06 mg/kg.对蔬菜、水果分别添加0.05、0.1、1.0mg/kg质量浓度水平,平均回收率在82.4%~92.O%之间,相对标准偏差低于6.1%.该方法具有检出限低、检测快速(从样品处理到上机仅需约1h)、定量准确,检测成本低等特点,可用于实际检测.
