粮食霉变及其快速检测技术研究进展

摘要

The main mechanism and biochemical process of grain mildew were analyzed. The application of rapid detection technology in grain mildew inspection was reviewed, so as to provide corresponding support for the rapid detection of grain mildew in the future.%粮食霉变的主要机制及生化过程,并对当前快速检测技术在粮食霉变检测领域中的应用进行了总结并提出了展望,以期为今后粮食霉变的快速检测方法提供相应支持.
