微型汽车驱动桥半轴轴承的减摩设计

             

摘要

Aiming at the problem about large friction torque of half shaft bearings for a certain type of mini-car,the structural parameters for bearings are optimized.Firstly,the target functions and constraint equations are established with the purpose that reducing the friction torque of bearings under the premise that the bearing fatigue life and dynamic load rating are guaranteed.Then the globally optimal solution of structural parameters for bearings is obtained using the ge-netic algorithm.Finally,the friction torque test and the vehicle fuel consumption and sliding test of bearings are con-ducted before and after the optimization.The test results show that although the change of vehicle fuel consumption is small,but the friction torque of bearings is reduced and the vehicle sliding distance is improved.%针对某微型汽车半轴轴承摩擦力矩偏大的问题,对轴承的结构参数进行了优化。首先,在保证轴承疲劳寿命和额定动载荷的前提下,以降低轴承摩擦力矩为目标建立目标函数和约束方程;然后,采用遗传算法对方程进行求解,得到轴承结构参数的全局最优解;最后,对优化前、后的轴承进行摩擦力矩测试和装车后的整车油耗与滑行测试,结果表明,虽然整车油耗变化较小,但轴承摩擦力矩得到减小,整车滑行距离得到提升。
