基于文化视角的历史研究与保护策略制定——以南京扬子饭店为例

Yangtse Hotel is the first hotel for westerners to exploit and operate in Nanjing, and is also the only example to use Ming Dynasty city-wal brick to finish. Historical developing venation and building process of Yangtse Hotel are studied in this paper, from which explore out propulsive and conditionality of cultural elements, and the strategy is proposed for protective renovation of Yangtse Hotel from the perspective of cultural development.%扬子饭店是南京第一所由西方人开发并运营的旅店,也是使用明城墙砖建成旅店的孤例.本文研究了扬子饭店的历史发展脉络和建造历程,从中发掘出文化要素起到的推动性和制约性,并以文化发展的角度对扬子饭店的建筑保护性修缮提出策略.
