摘要

The enterprise culture integration has become a key element to enhance competitive advantage for the state-owned enterprise. However the theoretical exploration and practical application of culture integration are still in the primary stage at present in China. This paper briefly expounds the culture characteristic of state-owned electricity high-tech company. And then on the basis of relevant theories researches of the CIS and enterprise culture, this paper puts forward the integration path and analysis framework of enterprise culture in view of CIS and divides it into three component parts as follows: MI integration, VI integration and BI integration. Finally this paper chooses the case analysis method to analyze the integration schemes of the enterprise culture of Guodian Nanjing Automation Co., LTD. under the theory framework.
