The present invention relates to fermented sowthistle-leaved hawksbeard (Crepidiastrum sonchifolium) tea and method for preparing the same. The method includes: a step of chopping and separating the leaves and roots of the sowthistle-leaved hawksbeard; a first roasting step of roasting the leaves and adding spices; a step of injecting microorganisms to the roasted leaves added with the spices; and culturing the leaves with the microorganisms; and a second roasting step of roasting the leaves and adding spices again.
