响应面法优化雪莲果低聚果糖的脱色工艺

         

摘要

在单因素实验的基础上,通过响应面法优化雪莲果低聚果糖溶液的超声波协同H2 O2脱色工艺;并采用高效液相色谱法测定脱色液中的低聚果糖含量.结果表明,最佳脱色工艺为:超声波功率120 W,H2 O2体积分数20%,溶液pH为12,脱色时间46 min.在此条件下,平均脱色率61.0%,低聚果糖保留率54.8%,实际总评归一值0.512,与理论预测值相近;脱色液中蔗果三糖(GF2)~蔗果七糖(GF6)的含量分别为17.596%,14.404%,5.197%,2.162%,1.038%.%On the basis of single-factor experiments,the ultrasonic assisted H2 O2 decolorization conditions of yacon fructooligosaccharides solution was optimized by response surface methodology,and the contents of fructooligosaccharides in decolorized solution was determined by high performance liquid chromatogra-phy ( HPLC) . The results showed that the optimal decoloration process conditions were as follows:ultra-sonic power 120 W,H2 O2 volume fraction 20%,pH value 12 and decolorization time 46 min. Under these conditions,the average decolorization rate was 61. 0%, the retention rate of fructooligosaccharides was 54. 8%,and the actual value of overall desirability was 0. 512,which was similar to the theoretical predic-ted value. The contents of GF2 ~ GF6 in decolorized solution were 17. 596%, 14. 404%, 5. 197%, 2. 162% and 1. 038%,respectively.
