The present invention relates to an optimal extraction method for an extraction of a mixture composed of green tea and Artemisia sp. using an ultrasonic extraction method. In an attempt to extract the extract using the ultrasonic extraction method from the mixture of green tea and Artemisia sp., the method comprises the following steps: (a) setting up a plan to extract the extract of the mixture composed of green tea and Artemisia sp. by allotting a mixing ratio (X_1) of green tea to Artemisia sp., a ratio (X_2) of a solvent (mL) to a solute (g), and an extraction time (X_3) as condition for ultrasonic extraction, and then encoding the same; and (b) measuring an extraction yield of the extract of the mixture composed of green tea and Artemisia sp. for each extraction condition by a response surface analysis method.
