“作为公平的正义”如何可能？

摘要

本文从罗尔斯的《正义论》出发梳理当代政治哲学中备受关注的正义问题。根据其哲学思路，罗尔斯试图建立起较为实用和系统的道德观和伦理观，而作为公平之正义论堪为典型。立足于公平之上的正义理论对于我们切身理解作为理性的、实践的、道德的、政治的人所具有的独特地位，和切实理解西方传统有关正义、善、自由等重大问题的要义，都具有十分重要的现实意义。本文第一部分通过略述《正义论》的主旨和核心观念引出作为公平的正义问题；第二部分给出罗尔斯作为公平的正义的基本内容和论证思路；最后结合中国当下社会指出其现实意义。%Starting from Rawls'A Theory of Justice,this paper makes a review of the popular issue of justice in contemporary political philosophy.Based on his philosophy,Rawls tried to establish practical and systematic moral values and ethics,the most typical of which is justice as fairness.Theory of justice on the basis of the fair is of great realistic significance for us to under-stand the unique status of man as a rational,practical,moral and political being as well as the essence of the important issues of justice,goodness and freedom in the Western tradition.This paper first leads into the topic of justice as fairness by outlining the purpose and core concepts of the book.Then,the basic content and argument are introduced.Finally,its enlightenment to the current society in China discussed.
