《中庸》的规范伦理建立在人是社会性存在的假设上，《论人的使命》则通过强调人个性的至高地位，建立了创造伦理学。比较两者异同，对我国当代高校德育有如下启示：（1）在社会规范引入与道德创造能力激发间实现平衡；（2）重视德育中学生的主体地位；（3）让超越性道德标准和具体道德原则结合，探索高校道德教育的新生存样式。%The normative ethics of The Doctrine of the Mean were based on the assumption that human beings are social exist-ence,while On Human's Mission established creative ethics by emphasizing the supremacy of personality.A Comparison of the similarities and differences between them provides the following suggestions for the moral education of colleges and universities in China:keeping balance between norm and creation;giving priority to the construction of students'subject status;combining the transcendence of moral standards with specific moral principles.
