目的论关照下的《圣经和合本》翻译技巧研究

摘要

《圣经》不仅是基督教的宗教经典，也是西方文明的一大瑰宝。和合译本是流传最广泛的中文圣经，其出版成为中国白话文运动的先锋，以白话文取代文言文在文学上树立了一个新的楷模。本文从目的论角度对《圣经和合本》的翻译技巧进行研究。本文以1919年上海传教士大会分派的三个委员会所翻译和注释的《圣经和合本》为蓝本，借助汉斯·弗米尔的目的论，在其翻译目的基础上，分析研究其翻译技巧。
　　目的论是本文的指导原则。翻译目的论的核心是:翻译方法和翻译策略由译文的语气目的或功能决定。本文围绕目的论的三大原则分析和合本的翻译技巧:目的原则、连贯性原则、忠实性原则。本文最后结合例证，从词、句两个层面分析和归纳了和合本的翻译技巧。
　　研究结论为:和合本的翻译以目的论的三大原则为基础，从历史目的、文化目的、交际目的、文学目的、语言目的出发，达到语内连贯和语际连贯。在五种翻译目的基础上，译者多采用直译的翻译方法。词汇层面的翻译技巧包括词类转换、选词;句法层面包括增译、省译、重复、反说正译，正说反译、分译、倒置法。作者希望通过本论文为圣经翻译研究提供一个新视角，为《圣经和合本》的翻译实践提供指导，并为译文评判提供借鉴。
