2016年10月国新办新闻发布会模拟口译实践报告——释意理论视角下中国特色词汇的口译方法

摘要

近年来，随着中国经济的快速发展以及中国地位的上升，中国与世界的联系日益紧密，交流日渐增多。在大大小小的新闻发布会以及每年的“两会”中，都会出现许多具有中国特色的表达。中英两种语言分属不同语系，从文化背景、语言结构，到用词习惯都有着巨大差异。对于口译员来讲，会议现场时间紧、压力大，且这类表达难以在英文中直接找到对应词句，因此，口译员需要有效的方法来应对。 本文以释意理论为指导，以国务院新闻办公室关于2016年10月份国民经济运行情况举行的发布会为语料，由作者进行模拟口译，对文本中出现的带有中国特色的表达的口译方法进行研究，以案例分析的形式说明了口译中所用到的一些方法。
