基于旅游景区介绍英译的译者心理表征研究

摘要

本研究基于Bell的翻译过程理论，以三元数据分析模式为研究模式，采用定量与定性相结合研究方法，考察和分析了经验丰富的译者和经验不足的译者在中文旅游景区介绍文本的翻译过程中的心理表征及其异同性与缘由。
　　本研究主要发现如下：经验丰富的译者和经验不足的译者在中文旅游景区介绍文本的翻译过程中的心理表征是“同中有异”，这些异同可以从文化、认知、心理和语言水平上加以阐释，具体表现为：
　　1）两者的心理表征存在共性，即译者的翻译程序大体都是一样的；
　　2）不同经验组受试的心理表征差异性则体现在细微之处，如了解固定翻译模式的不同，采取翻译策略的不同，选词策略的不同；翻译经验越丰富的译者，在翻译过程中使用感觉表征和经验表征的趋势越明显,且提取源语信息和对等信息速度越快；翻译经验越少的译者，在源文理解和翻译两个阶段上下的功夫较多；而翻译经验丰富的译者，会倾注更多心思在译文的修改阶段上。
　　3）共同性来自共同的文化、心理和认知基础，差异性主要因为：第一、翻译实践经验的差异；第二、中英文语言特点掌握的差异；第三、译者的内在固有知识的差异；第四、译者母语水平影响的差异。
　　本研究认为：中英文语言差异性的掌握对翻译质量和翻译教学起着很大的影响和作用。因此，在翻译教学过程中，教师应该针对中英文语言的特点及其差异性进行重点讲解，在译者的翻译实践中，译者应针对特定领域翻译的类型、标准和原则有着充分的了解与认识,不断丰富自己的百科知识，才能提高翻译质量。
