农村初中平均水平以下学生英语学习兴趣现状及影响因素调查

摘要

成功的教学依赖于激发学生的学习兴趣。每个人都会对他感兴趣的事物给予优先注意和积极地探索。而学习兴趣是指学生有选择地、愉快地力求接近或研究某些事物而进行学习的一种心理倾向。新课程标准明确要求教师在教学中注意培养学生的学生兴趣，保持学生积极的学习态度，帮助学生树立学习自信心。同时，初中阶段是学生学习英语的重要阶段。然而，总有一部分落后于其他学生的后进生。本着教育要面向全体同学的原则，在初中英语教学过程中，教师应该更努力地激发和培养平均以下学生的英语学习兴趣，使之赶上其他学生。
　　本课题以建构主义，情感过滤器，自我效能感和动机理论为指导，发放学生问卷和分别进行教师及学生访谈，对平均以下学生的英语学习兴趣现状及学习兴趣的影响因素进行了调查。
　　本研究旨在探究:1）农村初中英语平均以下学生的英语学习兴趣现状如何？2）影响平均以下学生英语学习兴趣的因素有哪些？
　　本研究为了解学习兴趣现状，分别从平均以下学生对英语的功能认识、愉悦感、投入、拓展求知及运用等五个方面来设计问卷进行调查。师生访谈一方面补充平均以下学生学习兴趣现状调查，另一方面旨在调查影响平均以下学生英语学习兴趣的因素，为提出可行而有效的提高兴趣的方法提供证据和参考。
　　根据问卷调查及访谈得知，平均以下学生的英语学习兴趣不高，具体体现在以下五个方面:他们对英语学习的功能有一定的认识，但不全面;从英语学习中获取的愉悦感不足;对英语学习投入度不高;进行的英语拓展求知有限及不愿意运用英语进行交流;调查得知多种因素影响着他们的英语学习兴趣，包括平均以下学生自身的四个因素，两个教师及教学因素，教材因素，同班同学因素，朋友及家庭因素。根据平均以下学生英语学习兴趣现状和影响因素入手，结合自身的教学经验，分别从后进生自身，教师及教学，教材的使用，班级同学及朋友与家庭等方面探讨提高他们英语学习兴趣的方法，试图帮助学生及老师家长找到可行而有效的解决途径。
