中学英语教师教学理念与课堂教学行为的关系研究

摘要

教师教学理念不仅直接影响教师的课堂决策和教学行为，也影响教师对新信息利新经验的理解。在新课程改革的背景下，推进改革的关键在于转变教师教学理念。因为教师教学理念是通过课堂教学行为来体现的，所以教师教学理念的转变势必影响到教师的课堂教学行为。那么从实际出发，当前中学英语教师持有什么样的教学观念呢?他们实际的教学行为又是什么样的呢?他们实际所持有的教学理念和教学行为之间存在什么样的关系呢?针对上述问题，本研究选取某县一所普通高级中学的英语教师为研究对象，采用定性和定量研究相结合的方法，分别对该校33名英语教师实施教师教学理念和教学行为的问卷调查，还对参与调查的教师逐一进行长达两个课时的课堂观察及课后访谈。将问卷收集的数据，使用SPSS19.0进行分析。对课堂观察和课后访谈的信息进行描述。最后发现:
　　 1、教师所认同的教学理念和教师所持有的教学理念并不完全一致。当前教师所持有的教学理念是:发展学生的语言综合能力;提高语言学习者的交际能力和激发学生的学习兴趣;丰富教学资源;学生为主体，教师为主导。
　　 2、教师所认同的教学行为和教师所持有的教学行为并不完全一致。当前教师所持有的教学行为是:通过学案让学生知道本节课的教学目标;指导学生进行自主学习和合作学习;合理安排教学内容和教学步骤;组织不同种类的课堂互动;综合使用传统教学媒体和现代教学媒体。
　　 3、教师所持有的教学理念和教师实际的教学行为也不完全一致。教师仅是从理论上接受了新的教学理念，并没有深层次的理解这些理念，所以不能全部地将新的教学理念转化为教学行为。
　　 4、教学理论与教学实践之间是相互影响和相互制约的。
　　 5、有经验的教师和无经验教师在教学行为上有差异。有经验的教师能够自如的组织课堂和实现课堂的有效性，无经验的教师则比较模式化。
