术语库构建及其在大型翻译项目中的作用研究——以《中世纪世界史》（节选）汉译为例

摘要

随着科学技术的飞速发展，翻译行业正面临着更加复杂的翻译内容和更大规模的翻译项目。在这些大型翻译项目中，通常有数量庞大的各类专业术语。术语库，计算机辅助翻译（CAT）工具的功能之一，以其节时省力和术语统一性的特点，在翻译项目中应用广泛。术语技术的应用，通过缩短交付周期满足了客户和译者不断增长的要求。科学合理地应用术语库，对大型翻译项目而言至关重要。
　　术语库构建与应用是大型翻译项目中的必要环节之一。本报告以《中世纪世界史》翻译为例，并以CAT工具中的最新技术应用软件memoQ为辅助。通过案例分析，针对术语库在大型翻译项目中的作用，分析了《中世纪世界史》这一大型历史文本的术语库内容。
