基于课堂口译实践的译员现场焦虑状况分析报告

摘要

在口译活动中，译员（特别是学生译员）常会因为各种客观或主观原因感到焦虑，如因口译的即时性、多任务性、认知处理任务的复杂性、认知加工过程的不确定性等因素，口译焦虑因此被认为是对口译表现的重要影响因素。分析口译焦虑的具体成因，并在此基础上探讨口译焦虑的应对策略则意义重大。在现有的关于口译焦虑的国内外研究中，大部分集中在对口译焦虑的理论探讨、口译焦虑的成因、口译焦虑的应对策略、以及口译焦虑对口译活动的影响等方面，就笔者所见，尚未有相关研究追踪考察口译实践过程中的焦虑状况，并对口译焦虑的变化、成因及对策进行纵向研究调查。
　　本文是一篇关于笔者口译实践活动中口译焦虑状况的追踪调查。论文研究以国内外对口译焦虑的相关研究成果为基础，结合本人在2015年发展中国家抽纱钩织技术培训班进行的为期3个月的课堂翻译实践，对自身在进行口译时的焦虑状况及其变化进行描述，并从听力能力、跨文化意识、口译策略运用、口译笔记运用、口译现场物质环境、以及口译现场人文环境等角度分析焦虑产生及变化的原因。在此基础上，论文通过对自身口译焦虑状况及过程的总结反思，结合国内外相关研究成果，总结概括了口译焦虑的应对策略。
　　本论文希望以自身口译实践为基础，帮助学生译员了解口译焦虑的相关成因及影响，从而降低口译焦虑发生的频率及口译焦虑的程度，并对MTI口译教学及学生译员的口译实践提供一定的借鉴意义，对日译焦虑相关研究提供一定的参考价值。
