摘要

随着融合教育的发展,中国逐渐出台相关政策,要求将特殊学生安置在普通学校中接受义务教育。
  本研究的目的是探讨湖北省武汉市幼儿园教师对特殊儿童随班就读的态度,以及他们对特殊儿童随班就读的责任感。武汉市90位公立和私立幼儿园的教师参与了此项调查。描述性分析结果表明,在一般情况下,幼儿园教师对特殊儿童随班就读持消极或者是模棱两可的态度。研究发现,教师对融合教育的态度与他们的人口统计学变量(年龄、学历、从教年限、教授特殊儿童的经验、与特殊儿童相处的时间和接受特殊教育培训的时间)之间无显著差异。而教师对融合教育的态度与他们对随班就读的责任感之间存在显著相关。
  结果表明,为实现融合教育,一些重要的方面是必不可少的。
