摘要

Finding the suitable methodology to efficiently deliver laboratory topics would definitely put AMA Education System into the forefront of providing a modem approach to education. As new models of education continue to emerge, providing significant features from the traditional model of higher education, the implementation of a "SuperLab" as a multifunctional computer laboratory capable of supplying a variety of technology requirements, with minimum supervision, is a first in the Philippine academic milieu. The study is geared towards the implementation of an instructor-less approach in handling computer laboratory classes supplemented with the appropriate instructional materials for the purpose of maximizing the use of available resources in each AMA University campus without sacrificing education excellence. A research was undertaken to assess the impact of three different modes of instructions on the students' grades in their course in Database Management Systems.
