The present application therefore concerns a software application to enhance student engagement with educational institutions and training providers with whom they are currently undertaking a course of study. The application provides students with access to course materials and facilitates communication between the student and their teachers, lecturers, tutors and other students via an intemet platform. The application also provides management features to permit teachers, lecturers, tutors with to manage their consultation hours, control their availability based on an immediate communication for students, share live video conferences from their classes etc.
