Based on the theory of Leader-Member exchange, this paper explores the influence of Leader-Member Exchange on innovation behavior, especially the mediating role of psychological empowerment and the moderating role of emotional intelligence. By 247 bank employees of paired questionnaire survey and the results show that:(l) there was a significant positive correlation between Leader-Member exchange and innovation behavior; (2) psychological empowerment played a part of mediating role between Leader-Member exchange and innovation behavior; (3) emotional intelligence positively moderated the mediating mechanism of Leader-Member exchange on innovation behavior through psychological empowerment, namely, the higher emotional intelligence, the stronger the positive impact of Leader-Member exchange on innovation behavior through psychological empowerment.
