Rice,wheat and corn are three important grain crops.Although the output of rice was in the third place,it is the chief food for more than half the world's population.Bread is the major cereal products available to consumers and wheat flour is the most suitable ingredients for bread making.Bread is prepared from hard wheat flour through the process,such as scaling,dough processing,proofing,baking,and cooling.
