摘要

This study sought to identify the mechanism for learning embodiment based on the autopoiesis theory in action learning. Through reviewing the autopoiesis theory and the model of learning embodiment, the principles of action learning mechanism are drawn. The qualitative approach was utilized to specify the critical components of the learning embodiment mechanism, from the perspective of autopoiesis, to describe the process and the patterns of the learning embodiment in the action learning.
