Beef consumption is a common dietary habit in both the Asian and the Western countries. This practice not only fulfills our nutrients intake but also satisfy our desire to enjoy delicious dishes. However, recent advanced researches suggested the potential health risk associated with the pro-long intake of certain toxicants posted risk in human's health.
