Strength Analysis of Jip Structure of Wrecker Rescue Vehicle

In recent years, China's transportation industry has developed rapidly, the number of vehicles has increased significantly, but road traffic accidents also have increased. The rescue vehicle plays an important role in dealing with sudden road traffic accidents. The jip structure is one of its typical working mechanisms. For the application and design requirements of a specific wrecker rescue vehicle in practice, a three-dimensional model of the jip structure is built using software. Through the strength analysis of the jip structure under typical working conditions of 60° full shrinkage and full extension, the jip structure's maximum stress meets the design requirements. As the key component of wrecker rescue vehicle, the research results of jip structure has enhanced the lifting capacity of the equipment and expanded the use of road clearing and rescue vehicles, and moreover, provided meaningful research cases for the rapid treatment of road accidents.
