PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an articulating vehicle for rescuing a high-speed vehicle which can be reduced in the weight of the front end of a leading vehicle and can secure an installation space for various devices in the front end, and to provide a rescue vehicle articulating structure using the articulating vehicle.;SOLUTION: The articulating vehicle 1 for rescuing the high-speed vehicle includes a vehicle body 2, and articulating mechanisms 3, 4 which are so disposed at one end and the other end of the vehicle body 2 as to be projecting or capable of projecting, respectively. The vehicle body 2 is provided with a projection extent adjusting mechanism 6 which adjusts projection extents of the articulating mechanisms 3, 4. The articulating mechanism 3 is connected to the articulating mechanism 4 via a connection structure that allows the articulating mechanism 3 to change at least either its tilt angle with respect to the axis of the vehicle body 2 or its direction around the axis.
