摘要

Crystallization and dielectric properties of glass ceramics developed in the system CaO-B_2O_3-SiO_2 were investigated. The glass ceramic sintered at 850℃ in air exhibit a low dielectric constant (ε_r= 4.975) and a low dielectric loss (tgδ ≤ 0.001) at high frequency (1GHz). The sintered sample consisted of 75-80% volume percentage of crystalline phases with the size ranging from 50 to 100 nm. The main crystalline phases in the sample are CaO·B_2O_3, 6CaO·4SiO_2 and CaO·SiO_2.
