摘要： The Big Five Theory is considered as the most prominent personality theoretical approach in psychology.This paper aims to discuss the contribution of the Big Five Theory in the modern workplace.Which personality traits are more predictive for job performance?Which traits should organizations take more in consideration during recruitment and selection processes?What is the meaning of motivation in the workplace and how employers could locate individuals who can be more productive,efficient,and engaged to the organization’s goals according to the Big Five personality model?The above questions are answered through the systematic review of previous contemporary studies.After the collection and review of several recent publications,regarding this subject,it was concluded that the application of this model positively affects employees’and group performance,working relationships,managers’work performance as well as innovation in workplace.

摘要： Background Childhood trauma(CT)is an important risk factor in the emergence and clinical course of psychiatric disorders.In the latest literature,an association exists between CT and patients with schizophrenia.There is also a strong relationship between the dissociative symptoms of schizophrenia and the presence of CT.Aims The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between CT and dissociative,positive and negative symptoms in patients with schizophrenia.Methods One hundred patients with schizophrenia and 100 healthy volunteers were included in the study.The Sociodemographic Data Form,Dissociative Experiences Scale(DES),Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS),and Childhood Trauma Questionnaire(CTQ)were administered to all participants.Results The CTQ and DES scores of the schizophrenia group were significantly higher than those of the control group.In patients with schizophrenia,a positive association was found between positive symptoms and DES scores.In terms of negative symptoms,a positive association was found between apathetic social withdrawal and CTQ-emotional neglect(EN),CTQ-physical neglect(PN)and CTQ total scores.There was a significant positive correlation between CTQ-EN scores and negative symptoms and PANSS scores.No significant relationship was found between negative symptoms and DES scores.Conclusions High rates of CT and dissociative symptoms are seen in patients with schizophrenia.In addition,the findings of the relationship between CT and dissociative,positive and negative symptoms are also noteworthy.Therefore,it may be important for clinicians to assess trauma history during the psychiatric evaluation of patients with schizophrenia.

摘要： Sand Compaction Piles(SCP)commonly known as Sand Columns(SC)now has been vastly used for reinforcing the range of soft soils.The installation of sand columns results in enhancing the ultimate bearing capacity of soft soil,increase the rate of consolidation,prevention of liquefaction in loose sandy soils and provide lateral resistance against the horizontal movement.This research aims at investigating the effects of floating columns in clayey soil with silty deposits by developing small scale laboratory models.The laboratory tests were conducted on a circular column of 37 mm diameter and results of the treated ground are compared to the untreated ground.The effects of sand columns on soils of different shear strengths(low-medium-high),slenderness ratio(L/D)of columns and different loading pattern are investigated.Group effect was also investigated by varying the spacing between the columns.The equivalent entire area of test model was loaded to determine the stiffness of composite ground and axial capacity of sand column was determined by loading the column area alone.Based on current study,it was concluded that sand column can significantly enhance the engineering properties of soft clayey soil.Also,the group effect was studied and it was concluded that by increasing the spacing between the columns,the group efficiency decreases.The axial capacity of sand columns decreases while increasing the spacing between the columns.

摘要： In this paper, we construct a class of semi-implicit difference method for time fractional diffusion equations—the group explicit (GE) difference scheme, which is a difference scheme with good parallelism constructed using Saul’yev asymmetric scheme. The stability and convergence of the GE scheme of time fractional diffusion equation are analyzed by mathematical induction. Then, the theoretical analysis is verified by numerical experiments, which shows that the GE scheme is effective for solving the time fractional diffusion equation.

摘要： 目的评估黏蛋白MUCI(Mucin-1)、p16和高迁移率族蛋白BI(HMGB1)在原发性喉癌中诊断.疾病进展及预后的相关性。方法通过免疫组化方法分析原发性喉癌患者临床肿瘤样本中p16和MUCI表达水平,ELISA法检测原发性喉癌患者血清样本中HMGB1的表达水平。Spearman相关分析MUCI,p16和HMGBI表达水平与喉癌分期、分级的相关性。并通过Kaplan-Meier法分析MUCI,p16和HMGBI表达水平与原发性喉癌患者预后的相关性。结果免疫组化结果示MUCI表达水平与原发性喉癌的分期具有显著相关性(r=0.513,P<0.001),p16与原发性喉癌分期有显著相关性(r=00.437,P<0.001)。HMGBI与喉癌患者的临床分期和病理分级有相关性(r=0.523,r=0.671,P均<0.001)。结论MGBI、p16和MUCI的表达水平状态可做为原发性喉癌患者疾病进展的诊断指标,有望成为原发性喉癌诊断与治疗的新生物标志物。
