以明胶、阿拉伯胶、艾草精油为原料,采用复凝聚法制备艾草精油微胶囊,对乳化、复凝聚、固化及低温碱化等工艺参数进行了优化,测定了微胶囊的缓释性能;将微胶囊添加到粉刷石膏中制备驱蚊防霉粉刷石膏,对其驱蚊性能进行了评价.结果表明,在乳化转速为1500 r·min-1、乳化时间为45 min、复凝聚转速为900 r·min-1、复凝聚时间为40 min、固化剂单宁酸用量为1.5 g·(g明胶)-1、固化时间为80 min、碱化温度为-10 °C、pH 值为8.0、碱化时间为10 min的最优条件下,艾草精油微胶囊产率达到60.5%,含油率为72.68%,包覆率为87.94%.当添加3%艾草精油微胶囊于粉刷石膏中时,驱蚊防霉粉刷石膏的初始驱蚊率达94%,10周后的驱蚊率仍达86%以上,表明所制备的驱蚊防霉粉刷石膏的驱蚊性能具有较好的持久性.%Using gelatin,arabic gum,and wormwood essential oil as raw materials,we prepared wormwood essential oil microcapsules by a complex coacervation method.Meanwhile,we optimized the process parameters such as emulsification,complex coacervation,curing,and low-temperature alkalization,and determined the slow-release property of microcapsules.We prepared mosquito repellent and antiseptic wall plaster through adding microcapsules into wall plaster,and evaluated the performance of mosquito repellent and antiseptic wall plaster. The results showed that the yield of microcapsule was 60.5%,the oil content was 72.68%,and the coating rate was 87.94% under the optimal conditions as follows:the emulsification stirring rate was 1 500 r·min-1,the e-mulsification time was 45 min,the complex coacervation stirring rate was 900 r·min-1,the complex coacerva-tion time was 40 min,the curing-agent tannic acid dosage was 1.5 g·(g gelatin)-1,the curing time was 80 min, the alkalization temperature was -10 °C,the pH value was 8.0,and the alkalization time was 10 min.When the microcapsule dosage is 3%,the initial mosquito repellent rate of mosquito repellent and antiseptic wall plaster reaches 94%,and the mosquito repellent rate still remains more than 86% after being shelved in the open air for 10 weeks,which indicate that the mosquito repellent performance of prepared mosquito repellent and antiseptic wall plaster has good persistence.
