    • 摘要: In order to study propagation properties of Hermite-Gaussian beams in photorefractive saturable nonlinear media,finite difference method was used to solve the evolution equation of light wave numerically and analyze the propagation properties of Hermite-Gaussian beams theoretically.The results show that,under suitable nonlinear conditions,1-D Hermite-Gaussian beams of 1-order,2-order and 3-order can form the solitons in respiratory mode during the propagation in photorefractive nonlinear media.With the increase of nonlinearity,the separation tendency among light field components of Hermite-Gaussian beams would become weaker.At the same time,the amplitude fluctuation effect of each light field component would be more obvious.The changes of incident position and incident angle of Hermite-Ganssian beams have no influence on its propagation characteristics.The transmission characteristics of 2-D Hermite-Gaussian beams are similar to those of 1-D.These properties of Hermite-Gaussian beams have certain application prospects in the field of optical switching.%为了研究厄米-高斯光束在光折变饱和非线性介质中的传输特性,采用有限差分方法数值求解了光波演化方程,理论分析了厄米-高斯光束的传输特性.结果表明,1维1阶、2阶和3阶厄米-高斯光束在光折变非线性介质中传输时,在合适的非线性条件下,均可以形成呼吸模式的孤子;随着非线性的加大,厄米-高斯光束的光场分量之间的相互分离趋势将逐渐变弱,同时,每个光场分量的振幅起伏效应会更加明显;改变厄米-高斯光束的入射位置、入射角度对其传输特性没有影响;2维厄米-高斯光束的传输特性和1维情况是类似的.厄米-高斯光束的这些特性在光开关领域有一定的应用前景.

    • 摘要: Nonlocal spatial solitons have potential applications in all-optical signal processing and optical interconnects due to their low power and particle-like nature on interactions .In order to obtain the effective method to beam steering , the propagation of bright solitons and soliton pairs from the nonlocal medium to the nonlocal medium with competing nonlinearities is investigated by the numerical simulations .When propagate from nonlocal medium to the nonlocal medium with competing nonlinearities , the nonlocal bright solitons will propagate in the form of breather , the nonlocal dipole solitons will split into two individual solitons , however , the propagation of the nonlocal oscillating bound state which is composed by two out-of-phase solitons depends on the position of the interface ( nonlocal medium and nonlocal media with competing nonlinearities interface ).When the position of the interface is choose at the node ( the minimum distance of the soliton pairs ) , the nonlocal oscillating bound state will split into two individual solitons , otherwise , and the oscillating bound state will propagate in the form of bound state.These results introduce a new way to beam propagation and steering .%非局域空间孤子具有低功率、类似粒子的弹性碰撞特性,因此在光信息处理和光连接领域具有潜在应用.为了获得光束传输的有效控制方法,数值计算了亮孤子及亮孤子对由非局域介质进入竞争非局域介质后的传输行为.发现,非局域亮孤子进入竞争非局域介质后以呼吸子的形式传输.非局域偶极孤子进入竞争非局域介质后分裂成两个独立传输的亮孤子.反位相非局域亮孤子组成的震荡束缚态进入竞争非局域介质后的传输行为与界面(非局域介质与竞争非局域介质的交界)位置有关.当界面选到节点(非局域孤子间距离取最小值的点)附近时,震荡束缚态分裂成两个独立的孤子;界面选到其它位置时,震荡束缚态以准束缚态形式传输.该发现为光的传输与控制提供了新的方法.

    • 摘要: 本文理论研究了自散焦LiNbO3晶体中非相干亮光伏孤子的形成机理及其动态演化特性。研究发现,通过加载背景光的方法能够实现LiNbO3晶体由自散焦向自聚焦的转换并形成亮空间孤子。以LiNbO3晶体为例,给出了折射率空间分布与光伏常数比K 之间的关系,给出了亮光伏孤子的存在曲线。进一步采用相干密度法理论分析了非相干亮光伏孤子在LiNbO3晶体中的传输特性,并利用分步傅里叶算法数值模拟了K 值对孤子形成的影响。此外,非相干亮光伏孤子的形成还受强度比值 r T 和光源角功率谱宽度θ0 的影响。通过加载背景光的方法可以实现无偏压条件下亮暗孤子的切换,这对基于孤子的全光器件研究提供可靠性参考。

    • 摘要: In order to study the temporal behavior of screening gray spatial solitons in biased one-photon centrosymmetric and non-centrosymmetric photorefractive crystals, the expressions of time-dependent space-charge field and dynamical evolution equation were deduced based on one-photon centrosymmetric and non-centrosymmetric photorefractive effect.The temporal behavior of the intensity profiles and the intensity full width at half maximum (FWHM) of gray solitons were studied by numerical method.The results indicate that, when the ratio between the soliton peak intensity and dark irradiance is larger, the FWHM of solitons first decreases to a minimum and then increases to a constant value; when the ratio between the soliton peak intensity and dark irradiance is smaller, the FWHM of gray solitons decreases monotonously with the increase of time toward steady state.Dynamical evolutions of the grey spatial solitons are simulated numerically at different time.Centrosymmetric and non-centrosymmetric gray solitons have the similar temporal properties.%为了得到中心对称和非中心对称外加电场单光子光折变晶体中空间屏蔽灰孤子时间特性的结果,基于中心对称和非中心对称单光子光折变效应的基本理论,推导出了含时间参量的空间电荷场和光波的动态演化方程,采用数值方法,分别研究了基于中心对称和非中心对称单光子光折变晶体中灰孤子强度包络和强度半峰全宽的时间特性.结果表明:当孤子的峰值强度与暗辐射的比值较大时,孤子的半峰全宽先是随时间递减到一个最小值,然后逐渐增加到一个稳定的常数值.当孤子的峰值强度与暗辐射的比值较小时,孤子的半峰全宽随时间的增加而单调减小,最终达到一稳定状态.对不同时刻灰孤子的动态演化特性进行了研究,中心对称和非中心对称空间灰孤子有类似的时间演化特性.

    • 摘要: 为了得到分压电阻和e偏振非相干均匀背景光对屏蔽光伏孤子影响的结果,建立了有分压电阻和e偏振非相干均匀背景光辐照下光伏光折变晶体中的空间孤子的理论.数值分析了分压电阻和e偏振非相干均匀背景光对孤子半峰全宽的影响.结果表明,亮、暗和灰孤子的半峰全宽随分压系数增大(分压电阻减小)而减小;当e偏振背景光与暗辐射强度的比值不太大时,背景光对孤子的影响可忽略不计;当背景光与暗辐射强度比值过大时,孤子的半峰全宽随背景光的增加而增大;当分压电阻、e偏振背景光、晶体外加电场和晶体的光伏场取不同值时,不同的条件下的单光子光折变空间孤子都可得到.%In order to obtain a divider resistance and e-polarized incoherent uniform background irradiation effect on the screening-photovoltaic spatial solitons, a universal spatial soliton theory in photovoltaic photorefractive crystals illuminated by e-polarized incoherent uniform background irradiation with a divider resistance was put forward. The effect of a divider resistance and e-polarized incoherent uniform background irradiation on the full width of half maximum (FWHM) of solitons were simulated. The numerical results show that the FWHM of the solitons decreases with increasing of divider coefficient. The background irradiation has a paltry influence on the solitons when the ratio of the intensity of the e-polarized background irradiation to dark irradiance is small. The FWHM of solitons increases with increasing of the intensity of background irradiation when the ratio is bigger. All kinds of the spatial soliton can be obtained from this theory by adjusting the value of the divider resistance, e-polarized background irradiation, the biased electric field and photovoltaic electric field.

    • 摘要: 为了得到o偏振光对光折变屏蔽光伏空间孤子影响的结果,基于单光子光折变效应理论模型,建立了有分压电阻和o偏振均匀背景光辐照的光伏光折变晶体中的屏蔽光伏空间孤子理论.结果表明,当外加电场和光伏场的取值使晶体中形成暗孤子时,仅改变o背景光与孤子光的有效glass系数之比即可在晶体中获得明孤子;孤子的强度半峰全宽随o背景光强度与暗辐射强度比值的增大而增大,随o背景光与孤子光电离截面的比值的增大而增大.这从理论上为实现光折变晶体中暗孤子到明孤子的转换提供了一种全新的思路.%In order to study effect of the o-polarized irradiation on the screening-photovoltaic spatial solitons, the theory of screening-photovoltaic spatial solitons was established based on the one-photon photorefractive effect. The optical circuit includes a divider resistance and an o-polarized uniform background beam. The numerical results show that the dark solitons can be obtained for the proper values of biased field and photovoltaic field and the bright solitons can also be obtained by only changing the value of effective glass coefficient between o-background beam and soli ton beam while the other parameters remain unchanged. The intensity full width at half maximum ( FWHM) of solitons increases with the increase of the ratio of the o-background beam intensity to the dark-irradiation intensity. Similarly, the FWHM of solitons will also increase with the ratio of cross section of the o-background beam to that of the soliton beam. The paper gives a new scheme of the transformation of a dark soliton into a Bright soliton in photorefractive crystal.

    • 摘要: 为了得到中心对称双光子光折变晶体中低振幅灰空间孤子时间特性的结果,基于中心对称光折变晶体中双光子光折变效应的理论模型,推导出了含时间参量的空间电荷场和光波动态演化方程.采用数值方法,得到了低振幅灰孤子强度包络和强度半峰全宽的时间演化特性.结果表明:初始阶段形成宽度较宽的孤子,其宽度随时间单调递减到一个最小值直至稳态孤子的形成;在相同的演化时间内,孤子半峰全宽随着孤子峰值强度与暗辐射比值的增大而变小.研究了不同时间下低振幅灰孤子动态演化特性.
