    • 摘要: For heart attack randomness and risk; high performance ARM architecture, low power consumption and easy expansion characteristics; data transfer speed slow for three reasons, we use ARM and USB 2.0 technology designed an ECG data acquisition system. First introduced the concept of a series of ECG, followed by introduction of the ARM architecture, then introduces USB interface technology, and ifnally introducing the design.     • 摘要: 针对远距离传输必须满足频带宽、抗干扰能力强等特点,实现一种直接光纤高分辨率、高帧率远传监控摄像机的数据传输设计.采用FPGA为主控器设计的PCI Express光纤接口卡,实现了监控摄像机与计算机之间的大量数据的实时远程传输.采用Windows DDK开发工具开发了高效率的WDM驱动程序,实现光纤接口卡在Windows XP系统环境中能够稳定、可靠地工作.驱动程序以直接存储器访问的传输方式将大量数据从光纤接口卡发送到计算机内的指定内存空间,完成驱动程序与应用程序以及光纤接口卡之间指令数据的传输,设计了中断响应程序,确保实时地处理接收到的数据.

    • 摘要: 介绍了液压数控折弯机工作原理,以华中数控HNC8数控装置为硬件平台,开发了PCI总线WDM驱动程序,实现了Win32平台下折弯机工艺软件与硬件的通讯.为了提高折弯机控制系统的柔性,在应用软件和驱动程序中,将运动规划、运动控制和数据存储进行分层处理,并对数据结构、逻辑操作和控制算法进行抽象化处理,使各个模块更加独立,提高数控系统的可配置性和可扩展性.%The working principle of the CNC hydraulic press brake has been introduced.Based on Huazhong HNC8 CNC device,the PCI bus WDM driving program has been explored,which realizes the communication between press brake process software and hardware under Win32 platform.In order to improve the flexibility of control system for press brake,the motion planning,motion control and data storage have been layered to design in the software and driving program.The data structure,logical operation and control algorithm have been abstracted.All modules are more independent which improve the configurability and extensibility of the control system.

    • 摘要: 为降低转台成本及系统复杂度,采用了步进电机与光电传感器构成的驱动系统,针对该系统开发了WDM驱动程序.通过应用特定的步进电机运行控制算法,并针对WDM驱动程序的特性设计了合适的硬件控制方法,在Windows操作系统下通过驱动程序实现了对转台驱动系统进行直接控制.经实际使用,该驱动程序可以可靠地控制步进电机实现定速、定位及运行到指定传感器位置等运行方式.该驱动程序直接生成脉冲输出至步进电机驱动器,而无需外围的定时器和脉冲生成电路,具有硬件成本低、可维护性和可扩展性好、工程实用性强等特点.%To reduce the cost and system complexity of the turntable,a driving system composed of stepper motor and photoelectric sensors is used,and a WDM(Windows driver Model) driver is developed for the turmable system.Through applying specified motion control algorithms for stepper motor,an appropriate hardware control method is designed according to the characteristics in WDM environment,the direct control over the turntable driving system is realized by using the driver in Windows OS.Tests show that the stepper motor can run at specified velocity or to specified position and to a specified sensor position reliably under the control of the driver.The driver can generate pulses by itself to run the stepper motor,without a peripheral timer or pulse generator.The driver has many features,such as low hardware cost,good maintainability and expandability.

    • 摘要: 基于PCI Express总线的光纤采集卡是自行研发的数据采集与存储卡;为实现数据在板卡存储区与主机内存之间的DMA传输通信,使用DriverStudio工具开发了该板卡的WDM设备驱动程序;重点介绍了主机控制板卡进行DMA操作的机制,以及驱动程序与应用程序和板卡之间的数据传输的实现方法;实际应用结果表明,使用该驱动程序的DMA传输机制,能够达到90MB/s以上的存储速率.

    • 摘要: 为满足航空航天贮箱试验的要求,在传统设备的基础上设计了一种可用于收发422电平和对±2.5 V PCM编解码的数字量IO卡.通过研究PXI总线规范,提出了一种PXI总线接口实现方案.完成了功能电路设计,并着重介绍了±2.5VPCM编码和解码电路的设计思想.针对硬件平台的特点,增设了板卡的热插拔功能.还重点介绍了WDM驱动程序的设计方法和步骤.详细描述了PCI9054目标传输模式的读写时序.经试验验证,该数字量IO卡达到了预定的设计目标,具有一定的实用性和推广价值.%In order to meet the requirements of the aerospace tank test, A new digital IO card is designed and developed which is used to send and receive 422 level and to codec the ±2. 5 V PCM , on the basis of traditional equipment. Under the premise of studying the PXI bus specification, a kind of PXI interface implementation is proposed , the design of the functional circuits are completed, and the ideas of the ±2.5 V PCM encoding and decoding circuits are focused on. For the characteristics of the hardware platform, hot swap function to the card is added. The method and steps of the WDM driver design are put forward, and described the read-write timing of the PCI9054 under its target transmission mode in details. The results of the tests show that the design reaches the predetermined goals. The technology and methods adopt in the card are practical and worthy of using abroad.

    • 摘要: The Cross Chanel Data Link (CCDL) is an important device for exchanging information between three-redundancy flight control computers. Formerly developed three-redundancy fly-by-light system commonly used die serial port ( RS232 ) protocol with low transmission rate, which could not meet the requirement of data transmission among modern flight-control computers. In view of this situation, a bidirectional high speed fiber optic data transmission interface card was designed based on PCI bus controller PLX9054 and the FPGA, and the basic structure and composition of the data transmission card were given. The design method of PCI bus interface hardware and software,timing sequence,and the matters needing attention were described. The implementation techniques of the photoelectric conversion module and the logic function module on FPGA were analyzed. Finally the device driver based on Driver Studio was developed and a communications test was carried out. The result showed that the system can satisfy the requirement of redundant data transmission among flight control computers.%交叉通道数据链路是实现三余度飞控计算机之间信息交换的枢纽,以往开发的三余度光传操纵系统大都采用了串口(RS232)协议来实现,其传输速率较低,达不到现代飞控计算机之间数据传输的高要求.为此,设计了一套以PCI总线控制器PLX9054和FPGA为核心的双向高速数据光纤传输接口卡,设计了该数据传输卡的基本结构和单元组成;详细阐述了PCI总线接口软硬件设计方法、时序及注意事项,并深入分析了FPGA的功能逻辑模块和光电转换模块的实现方案;最后开发了基于DriverStudio的设备驱动程序,并进行了系统测试.结果表明本接口卡可以满足飞控计算机之间余度数据交换的要求.

    • 摘要: 设计了一种基于PCI总线的Camera Link接口图像采集与控制系统.系统硬件采用DS90CR288A作为CameraLink解码芯片,EP1C6Q240芯片实现系统的逻辑控制,PCI9054作为PCI接口芯片;软件以Driver Works作为开发工具开发了WDM驱动程序,以Microsoft VC++6.0开发了应用程序.图像采集采用DMA方式,指令传输采用I/O读写方式.实验表明,该系统实现了对MC1360相机的图像采集,以及帧频、积分时间及像素时钟等的控制功能.%An image acquisition and control system for Camera Link interface based on PCI bus is proposed in this paper. The hardware of the system adopts DS90CR288A as Camera Link decoder chip, and FPGA type of EP1C6Q240 for logic control of the system, and PCI9054 as PCI interface chip; the software of the system uses Driver Works as a development tool of WDM driver programs, and Microsoft VC++ 6.0 as a development tool of PC application programs. Image signals transfer using DMA mode and communication instructions transfer using I/O read and write mode. Experiments show that the system realizes image acquisition of MC1360 camera, and control of its frame rate, exposure time and pixel clock.

    • 摘要: 系统采用CY7C68013及其配置芯片EEPROM完成USB接口部分的功能,采用ACT8990完成边界扫描部分的功能,为完成部分逻辑功能及对此控制器设计的部分电路加密,采用CPLD EPM3032A实现.接着,给出了整个控制器的软件设计方案,具体讨论了CY7C68013的固件设计,以及利用WindowsDDK开发包开发固件装载驱动程序及控制器驱动程序的方法.调试结果表明,研制的边界扫描控制器功能正常,符合设计要求,具有即插即用、无需外部供电、连接简单可靠等优点.
