The present invention relates to a learning management and reward system for enhancing the learning participation rate of learners in a social media platform supporting MOOC and flip learning. In more detail, by having a learning management server on a social media platform that supports MOOC and flip learning, learning information of learners who have watched learning content is stored, and the viewing completion rate and learning completion rate are analyzed and provided to learners by subject/table of contents. Therefore, it relates to a learning management and reward system for enhancing the learning participation rate of learners in a social media platform that supports the MOOC and flip-learning, which allows learners to recognize the part that needs learning, and pays differentiated rewards accordingly.
