The present invention relates to a social curator capable of processing opened and shared education content of domestic and foreign universities in accordance with an environment change in university education represented by massive open online course (MOOC) through ontology-based curation. The system provides automated collection, classification, and curation environments of MOOC educational content and implements a function to distribute the MOOC educational content on a social platform by field, level, and taste.
