An envelope contains active products (lipophiles or hydrophiles) absorbed on non-woven fabric for underclothing which absorbs the prods. and transmits them to the skin. The envelope is sealed and consists of an outer skin with an internal fabric lining contng. the prods. The underclothing of absorbant fibres is placed in the envelope and contacted with the fabric before wearing. The underclothing protects the skin by regulated osmotic diffusion of the active prods.
