The cover (102) has a fabric envelope provided with a rectangular opening along a side (108) of its rectangular shape. The envelope includes an outer waterproof fabric surface, and an inner terry cloth or fleece surface, where a self-gripping band (106) is arranged to close the opening of the envelope. The outer waterproof fabric surface is made from PVC or polyurethane, and the inner terry cloth surface includes 60 to 90 percent cotton and 40 to 10 percent polyester, preferably 70 percent cotton and 30 percent polyester.
