PURPOSE:To eliminate dislocation caused by lattice mismatching, and make a plurality of semiconductor circuits sufficiently exhibit desired independent functions, by mounting a plurality of semiconductor circuit substrates on a substrate for integration by making protruding stripes or recessed stripes guide the substrates. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of semiconductor circuit substrates M1, M2,... wherein a plurality of mutually different semiconductor circuits C1, C2,... are formed on the upper surface 1 and linearly extending recessed stripes 3 are formed on the lower surface 2 are prepared. On a prepared substrate B for integration use, a plurality of the semiconductor circuit substrates M1, M2,... are positioned so as to be arranged in a matrix type, and mounted by making the recessed stripes 3 be guided by protruding stripes 13. Thus a semiconductor integrated circuit device G is constituted, in which a plurality of the semiconductor circuits C1, C2,..., having mutually different functions are integrated on the substrate B for integration. Thereby a plurality of the mutually different semiconductor circuits C1, C2,... can be easily constituted so as to sufficiently exhibit each prescribed function.
