ELECTRICAL STORIED OVEN FOR BAKING BREAD AND PASTRIES

The oven in used in the food industry and in the public catering establishments. It has even heat distribution along the whole volume off the baking chamber which improves baking and reduces electric power consumption. The oven consists of a supporting housing (1) the inner surface of which is closely faced with heat insulation material (3) resting firmly onto the external surface (5) of the central body (6), its inner surface forming the baking oven chamber (7). The central body (6) contains an external insulation metal layer (11) and inner facing layer (12) made of parallelepiped blocks (13), and each of them containing six longitudinal grooves (16), fabricated in the floor (14) and the ceiling (15) of the oven chamber (7) in which spiral-like heating elements (17) are fitted. A bottom layer (18) made of one layer of ceramic floor tiles (19) is fitted on the ceramic blocks (13) building the floor (14) of the baking oven chamber (7).!
