Door closer for doors with hollow steel, aluminium@ and plastics profiles

The door closer comprises a tension rod (13) as a clamping element. A hydraulic ram forms a brake mechanism contg. a threaded shaft (8) with a high-pitch thread, whose rotary motion is converted into a linear motion of a piston (6). The door profile (1) comprises a rectangular metal tube as a housing (2) with a bottom flange. The housing contains a hydraulic ram with a sound metal tube (3), top and lower stoppers (4, 5) with an eccentric bore, and a piston which has a valve for an oil duct.
