PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the heating of a main circuit to low, and downsize a cooling fan or require no cooling fan by accumulating the heating of the main circuit composed of semiconductor switching elements in a heat accumulating portion. ;SOLUTION: When a commercial power supply 14 is power-converted into high frequency, semiconductor switching elements 2 conduct switching action at high speed. By the switching action the semiconductor switching elements 2 is heated so that whole the main circuit 1 is heated.
