PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foodstuff management device or the like that can contribute in health maintenance and further can form an inventory status of the food and drink in consideration of a user's health condition and liking. SOLUTION: A food and drink management device 1 receives diagnostic result data and stores (step B4) the data in a health condition area for the user. By the processing in the step B4, health condition data of 'use caution to alcohol', 'insufficient vegetables' or the like are stored. Then, the food and drink management device 1 waits ready (step B5) until a request operation for food and drink is performed. If performed, the food and drink management device 1, on the basis of the request data and the data stored in the health condition area, outputs (step B6) a reply. More specifically, if 'something cold' is requested and 'use caution to alcohol' is stored in the health condition area, a cold and nonalcoholic drink is outputted as the reply.
