Prefermentation chamber for portions of bread dough. The chamber comprises a structure (1) formed by two parallel side between which run two sets of chains (5) meshed with pairs of sprockets (4), dragging buckets (6) carrying portions of bread dough, receiving said buckets (6 ) dough portions when placed under a loading hopper (7) provided at the top of a lower projecting portion (1 '') of the structure (1), emptying these dough portions on a discharge hopper (8 ) provided at the opposite end on a cantilever portion (1 '') in which the drive means of the chains are established. The hopper (7) is a charger with a ramp (17) and a distributor tilting blades (20) while the discharge chute (8) also has a distributor consisting of oscillating plates (45), whose movements sequential reciprocating allow downloading one by one from the dough portions on the outlet (8 '') of the hopper (8).
