Method of producing dried yellow corvina using silver ion water

Provided is a method for a dried croaker (yellow corvina) to remove the fishy odor, to inhibit the discoloration, and to allow the freshness of yellow corvina to be maintained for a long time. The method comprises the steps of (110) salting a raw yellow corvina with sa (120) washing the salted yellow corvina with water; and (130) spraying a silver ion solution to the washed yellow corvina and drying it in the shade for a certain time. Preferably the silver ion solution is prepared by the electrolysis of a silver rod having a purity of 99.99 % or more in water. The concentration of silver ion in the silver ion solution is 2 ppm or more.
