Yogurt-soya-fruit beverage (I) comprises fruit (10-90 wt.%), yogurt (1-60 wt.%), soya (1-60 wt.%), at least a phytosterol (6-120 g/l) and additional components (up to 5 wt.%), where the sum of fruit, yogurt and soya amounts to 100 wt.% and the amount of (I) is at least 40 wt.%.
