PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for transferring energy capable of easily achieving the reduction of the average value of a noise terminal voltage due to a switching frequency with a switching operation and a leakage of its higher harmonic component from the commercial power supply side to the outside and a semiconductor device for controlling an energy transfer.;SOLUTION: The device for transferring energy has a turn-off signal modulation circuit periodically changing the turn-off timing of a switching element 2 for a preset modulation time after detecting a current by a drain-current detector 15. Switching noises are diffused without concentrating an oscillation frequency to a constant frequency even under a fixed input voltage and a fixed load by modulating a current peak flowing through the switching element 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
