PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate mathematically meaningful stable information reputation scores, information provision scores of respective participants, and information evaluation scores on the basis of information provided from various communities. PSOLUTION: An information acquisition means 101 acquires; information provision link information including a user ID of a user providing a content and a content ID being an identifier of the content provided by the user; and information evaluation link information including a user ID of a user evaluating the content, the content ID being the identifier of the content evaluated by the user, and evaluation information being numerical information of evaluation that the content evaluator evaluates the contents. A score calculation means 104 calculates an eigenvector of a score transition matrix generated from the information provision link information and information evaluation link information and uses a value of the eigenvector to calculate an information reputation score of the content, an information provision score of the user, and an information evaluation score of the user.
