PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance reliability with respect to fluid tight seal of a damper while suppressing an increase of size of the damper for reducing pulses absorbing and dampening pulse components included in a pressurized fluid.;SOLUTION: In this damper for reducing the pulses, the pressurized fluid is introduced to a damper chamber 11 partitioned from an atmosphere chamber 12 by a piston 5, and the pulse components included in the fluid are dampened by a change in capacity of the damper chamber 11 resulting from movement of the piston 5. The damper includes a first seal part 6 sealing the clearance between the inner circumferential surface of a cylinder 3 and the outer circumferential surface of the piston 5, and a second seal part 8 sealing the clearance between the inner surface of the cylinder 3 and the piston on the atmosphere chamber 12 side relative to the first seal part 6.
