METHOD FOR COMPLEX EVALUATION OF PROLIFERATIVE ACTIVITY OF ENDOCRINOCITES OF PANCREATIC ISLETS

A method for complex evaluation of proliferative activity of endocrinocites of pancreatic islets through carrying out immune-histological investigation includes immunofluorescent investigation with use of primary and secondary monoclonal antibodies conjugated with FITC, and carrying-out of mathematical analysis. According to the method one introduces to animal bromodeoxyuridine, on parallel serial samples of histological material of pancreas one reveals number of beta-endocrinocites and number of proliferative cells, with determination of coefficient of proliferative activity.
