PURPOSE: A producing method of salted alaska pollack roe using artemisia capillaries is provided to use the artemisia capillaries capable of controlling the growth of bacteria degrading the salted alaska pollack roe. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of salted alaska pollack roe using artemisia capillaries comprises the following steps: dipping alaska pollack roe to salt water for fermenting for 1~20hours in 0~10deg C: removing foreign materials from the fermented alaska pollack roe; mixing the alaska pollack roe with a seasoning solution containing the artemisia capillaries; and low temperature aging the seasoned alaska pollack roe in 0~10deg C.
